Afternoon Yoga sessions at We Are Wellness are designed to be as relaxing and restoring as a good afternoon cup of tea. This classes gives you a calm space during the day and making sure everyone leaves with the energy to pick back up where they left off. This class also offer a chance to take a break from work or the kids as we have a kids yoga class at the same time. Soothe those physical and mental stresses and spend 60 minutes just for you.
My yoga classes are down-to-earth, inclusive and accessible. They focus on parts of the body and strike a middle path between faced-paced flow and slower technique-based styles. I move through practical, therapeutic postures making sure everyone is engaged and happy. I incorporate Buddhist ideas, relaxation, meditation and breath awareness to give a sense of wellbeing and release.
Afternoon Yoga is perfect for those who are looking for a slow paced class. Those who are looking to feel relaxed and wanting the afternoon slumps energy to be restored. You can go at your own pace in this class. You can do as much as you want or ease back and enjoy the more relaxing an meditative poses.
Afternoon Yoga is also sequenced for students who would prefer and/or benefit from a more slowly paced, less vigorous class or for those who need to work at a slower more detailed pace due to age, injury or recovery from illness.
