I have designed the Afternoon Yoga sessions at We Are Wellness to be as relaxing and restoring as a good afternoon cup of tea. The classes give a calm space in the day whilst making sure everyone leaves with the energy to pick back up where they left off. They offer a chance to take a break from work or the kids, sooth those physical and mental stresses and spend 60 minutes just for you.
My yoga classes are down-to-earth, inclusive and accessible. They focus on parts of the body and strike a middle path between faced-paced flow and slower technique-based styles. I move through practical, therapeutic postures making sure everyone is engaged and happy. I incorporate Buddhist ideas, relaxation, meditation and breath awareness to give a sense of wellbeing and release.
Single session £8 || 5 Class Pass £37.50 || 10 Class Pass £70 || 20 Class Pass £130.
