The core of the class will be the same each week, so you will get a real sense of how your body and mind flex and change with a regular practice. Throughout each class there will be a continuous connection between breath and movement with a combination of flow and longer hold poses. Ashtanga can be quite a rigid practice, but I believe yoga is for all, so expect some creative adaptations and juicy transitions, making the practice fun and accessible to all!
