Ashtanga to Nidra || Thursday 9.30am – 10.30am
We will work with a modified version of the Primary Series, feeling the calming yet energising qualities of this moving meditation as we link breath with asana, before enjoying a restful Yoga Nidra to experience deep relaxation for the body and mind.
Expect to build heat in the body, improve strength and flexibility, and leave the class feeling restored and revitalised.
Suitable for those with some yoga experience including those who are new too Ashtanga.
