Introduction to Baby Yoga
Baby Yoga is a gentle and nurturing class designed as a natural continuation from our Pregnancy Yoga sessions. These classes place deep emphasis on the wellbeing and emotional needs of parents, while creating a fun, safe and supportive environment for babies and their development.
The practice is a shared experience, inviting both you and your baby to explore movement, connection and relaxation together.
About the Class
Each session blends yoga, breathwork and relaxation for parents with gentle, playful movement for babies. Classes are designed to support emotional balance, release tension and help rebuild strength in the body — particularly the core — after pregnancy.
You’ll also explore baby yoga movements, where traditional yoga postures are carefully adapted to support your baby’s flexibility, balance and coordination, while helping to aid digestion and sleep patterns.
A Supportive Space for You and Your Baby
This class for babies offers a welcoming space to slow down, bond with your baby and connect with other parents. Whether this is your first child or not, being part of a caring community can make all the difference during this stage of life.
It’s also a lovely way to reconnect with familiar faces if you attended our Pregnancy Yoga classes.
