Baby Yoga is a class for parents and babies that uses movement, song and play to assist baby’s development of strength, coordination and language. Yoga is a wonderful way to bond with your baby and develops baby’s feelings of love, happiness and security.
This is a fun and friendly class open to all – no previous experience necessary.
