If you’re a space holder or holistic therapist and looking to authentically and respectfully add the use of ceremonial cacao to your services, then this is the course for you.
Ceremonial cacao is becoming more recognised across the world for its physical, emotional and spiritual benefits when used in ceremony specifically. Bringing people together, opening the body and working with the heart space, this is a wonderful plant medicine to work with for anyone who holds space for others. It is subtle but powerful, and it gently holds the receiver while opening them up to receive.
Through this one day immersion you will learn –
- A brief history of cacao;
Cacao’s physical, emotional and spiritual benefits; - Different cacao strands from across the world;
- Contraindications to be aware of with this plant medicine
- How to make cacao in a ceremonial context;
- An exploration of ceremony. What it means to you and how you receive and create ceremony for yourself and others;
- How to prepare for and deliver your own unique ceremony drawing from your
own unique gifts, skills and intuition as a facilitator.

Across the day there will be an opportunity to try different cacao varieties and also we will sit in ceremony with the drink so we can be guided by her when it comes to creating your unique ceremony.
In this day immersion you will also meet a group of likeminded people to carry on your cacao journey. A group that might in the future offer support and community as you continue to develop your practice.
This is an experiential course where you will learn everything you need to know to hold a safe ceremony for yourself, your clients or you community.

Your Teacher
Lourdes is an experienced workshop, ceremony facilitator and space holder. She was a teacher and researcher at various universities in the UK and delivered seminars, lectures and workshops across the world for over 25 years. She moved
into full time energy and holistic healing practices in 2023, and has since graduated in different modalities of energy healing including Psychic Mediumship, Homeopathy, Ceremonial Sound Healing, Reiki Mastership, Reiki in Shamanic
Ceremony, and Cacao Ceremony Facilitation. She is currently undertaking studies in Three Principles Coaching and Gong Practitioner.
Lourdes is a gentle and grounded teacher, passionate about what she teaches but also about the art of teaching experientially. She is an intuitive and connected guide, whose practices are rooted in love and compassion.
