I first began practicing Yoga in my teens after going to a class and discovering how good it made me feel! I kept going back because of that feeling.. which kept growing – leaving a little bit more space in my body and mind each time. Yoga has been a constant companion since then. In 2013 I decided to go for it and study to become a teacher – It’s been the best decision I’ve ever made. I’m now a contact teacher for Yogacampus where I mentor trainee teachers.

I continue to study with my teachers Richard Freeman and Judith Lasater with great respect and gratitude. Practicing yoga in India makes my heart sing! Since graduating I’ve studied 1-1 Yoga Therapy at KYM in Chennai, practised Ashtanga yoga in Mysore and I return to Rishikesh in the foothills of the Himalayas as often as I can to immerse myself in practice and philosophy.
