HIIT and stretch is half an equipment based high intensity interval class and half a stretching and flexibility class. 

It offers both the high energy and low intensity but with a refined focus on building strength, skills and coordination. The second part of the class restores your body and mind with stretches that return you to resting state, a calm after the storm.

The drills and format change each week and the equipment used varies but you can guarantee that you’ll leave of achievement and a zen like state of mind.
