I am totally in love with all things baby, from fertility yoga therapy sessions to pregnancy yoga, postnatal yoga, womb yoga and more.
I like to create a sense of fun and enjoyment within my classes and workshops that allows everyone to fully relax and feel at ease with their yoga practice. I encourage women to become comfortable and confident in their changing bodies and to feel in tune with themselves. I focus on the therapeutic benefits of yoga, by inviting an awareness of breath and movement and deep relaxation.
My sessions are a moment of peace and calm in the midst of a woman’s busy life.
