Low intensity body-weight exercise for a happy glow!

Time to tone your whole body in our effective and fun calorie-burning workout that’ll get you fit and feeling fantastic. 

Exercises targeted to shape and strengthen those problem areas – belly, hips, thighs and butt. 

No equipment, just you – lunging, jumping, crunching and squatting along to a soundtrack that’ll leave you smiling for the rest of the day. 

Suitable for all ages and fitness levels, come and enjoy a classic with us!

DUE TO THE CURRENT CIRCUMSTANCES WE HAVE A MAXIMUM OF 6 PEOPLE PER CLASS.

Single session £10 || 5 Class Pass £45 || 10 Class Pass £80 || 20 Class Pass £150.
