Whether you’re a yogi or a HIIT fanatic, meditation is simple brain training practise available to all, the benefits of which are vast and deep. A regular meditation practise can help to;

In these classes, I will share basic beginners meditation techniques that you can implement into your daily life.
Each session will include some light movement to release trapped tension from the physical body, followed by a deep relaxation process, which prepares the mind for the meditation.
We will use props such as bolsters, cushions and blocks to ensure your comfort throughout the session. You don’t need to have any prior experience – both advanced meditators and beginners both welcome.
