What happens in my Meditation & Mindfulness Relaxation Classes?

Give yourself some deep relaxation while learning about how mindfulness can benefit your life. We use techniques that help reduce stress, improve sleep and focus and help you find purpose in your values.

Typical Session
– Light Stretching to start moving from your head into your body to build up a little energy.
– Light Breathing to build up energy to let go of the thoughts and emotions.
– Learning Section sat down we practice mindfulness or we will practice relaxation techniques
– Deep Relaxation lie down and completely let go, 20 minutes of beautiful guided meditation.

Numerous studies have proven the benefits of regular meditation.  

These can include decreased stress, improved concentration, lower blood pressure, and reduced symptoms of anxiety and depression, just to name a few.  

And while there are different types of meditation, they can all offer a similar set of proven benefits for mental and physical health. 

This Relaxation Meditation class is also held on ONLINE for those who can’t make the class in the studio.
