I’m all about making yoga accessible. My yoga style is down-to-earth and inclusive. My classes are mid-paced, technique-based Hatha and are suitable for any shape, size or age. I’m interested in yoga for sports and problem areas like backs, necks and wrists. I like to weave in elements from my interests in Thai boxing, Mountain biking, Pilates and Buddhism. When I’m not teaching yoga you’ll find me copywriting, gardening or looking at the sky.
