Yoga is more than creating shapes; for me its a journey of self reflection and creation.  

The breath is the back door to the mind. Once we control the breath, we control our thoughts, and can truly BE in the present moment.

My classes focus on the fundamentals of Yoga, ensuring you adopt each asana through a process.  Through this process you achieve the true essence of Yoga; deep inner growth.

All classes include Sensory Stimulation using music and scent to set the mood.
