Ashtanga Fusion || Thursday 6.45pm – 7.45pm || We Are Wellness || Leeds

Using the Ashtanga Primary Series as a base, this powerful yoga flow practice will quickly increase your strength, stamina and flexibility. Get ready to get sweaty with some well-earned relaxation at the end! 

The core of the class will be the same each week, so you will get a real sense of how your body and mind flex and change with a regular practice. Throughout each class there will be a continuous connection between breath and movement with a combination of flow and longer hold poses. Ashtanga can be quite a rigid practice, but I believe yoga is for all, so expect some creative adaptations and juicy transitions, making the practice fun and accessible to all!
