Mizan Pregnancy Massage

Mizan pregnancy massage honours, supports and celebrates the sacred journey of pregnancy birth and beyond.  The massage is an effective way to help aid certain pregnancy symptoms, baby positioning and womb alignment that will make you and your baby feel good. These sessions are around 2 hours where I have an in depth chat with you, talking you through some self care practices with you and you have an opportunity to talk through your pregnancy. Then there is the nourishing massage, followed by a deep meditation to further deepen your body and mind relaxation, and connection with your baby.

Sacred Wrapping

Sacred wrapping is a way to support a woman’s journey after birth and celebrate the miraculous event of conceiving, growing and birthing a baby. It is a ritual, a moment of reflection, peace, contemplation and renewal.

Sacred wrapping doesn’t have to be limited to closing the postnatal period, it can be practiced after baby loss, the end of a breastfeeding journey, divorce, and any life event that you want to acknowledge.

As a society, we have lost this practice, but it is returning, and what a joy and honour it is for me to be able to offer this to women.

I work with woman to make her ceremony bespoke and personal for her. In this I include a womb massage, and then wrapping rebozo scarves around her body to support, honour and celebrate the journey she has been on.
