Terms & Conditions – We Are Wellness
Classes
All pre-booked classes must be paid for in advance.
If you have purchased a class pass, your booking will automatically be deducted from your available sessions.
Cancellations
- Early Cancellations: A full refund will be provided if you cancel at least 12 hours before the class start time. If you booked using a single session, class pass, or unlimited pass, the session will automatically be returned to your Wellness account.
- Late Cancellations: Any cancellation made within 12 hours of the class start time will not be refunded, credited, or transferred.
Clients must sign in at least 10 minutes before the class begins. If you have not signed in or arrive late, your space may be offered to another client and this will be treated as a late cancellation.
Refunds
All refunds are credited back to your Momence Wellness account and not to your bank account. Account credit can be used against any services within the business.
Class Pass Extensions
We offer extensions on class passes for the following fees:
- 5 Class Pass – Extension fee of £5
- 10 Class Pass – Extension fee of £10
- 20 Class Pass – Extension fee of £10
All extension requests must be made before the class pass expiry date. Extensions are granted at the discretion of We Are Wellness.
Memberships
All memberships are subject to a minimum 12-month contract.
By signing up, you agree to the membership term and payment schedule.
- Memberships are non-transferable
- Memberships are non-refundable
Class booking terms and cancellation policies also apply to memberships.
Courses
All courses must be paid for in advance.
Cancellations
- Early Cancellations: A full refund will be given if cancellation is made at least 7 days before the first lesson of the course.
- Late Cancellations: Any cancellation made within 7 days of the course start date will not be refunded or credited.
If a course is transferred to a new date, the original booking date and cancellation policy still apply.
Refunds
All refunds will be credited back to your Momence Wellness account and not your bank account.
Additional Information
- Deposits are non-refundable
- These terms do not apply to Teacher Training Courses. Please refer to the individual training terms provided for those services.
Workshops
All workshops must be paid for in advance.
Cancellations
- Early Cancellations: A full refund will be provided if cancellation is made at least 7 days before the workshop date.
- Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 7 days of the workshop will not be refunded or credited.
Refunds
All refunds will be credited back to your Momence Wellness account.
Retreats
Cancellations
- Early Cancellations: A full refund will be issued if cancellation is made at least 2 months before the retreat start date.
- Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 2 months of the retreat start date are non-refundable.
Refunds
All refunds will be credited back to your Momence Wellness account.
One-to-One Appointments & Therapies
All online therapies and appointments must be paid for in advance.
Cancellations
- Early Cancellations: A full refund will be given for cancellations made at least 48 hours before the appointment.
- Late Cancellations: Cancellations within 48 hours of the appointment are non-refundable.
If you provide less than 48 hours’ notice, the full appointment fee will still be charged.
Refunds
All refunds will be credited back to your Momence Wellness account.
Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers expire 6 months after the date of purchase.
A reminder email will be sent 7 days before the expiry date to the email address provided at the time of purchase.
Expired gift vouchers cannot be redeemed or extended.

Book using the “Book Now” link on our website. Full payment is required at the time of booking.
Momence App
Bookings can also be made through the Momence app. Full payment is required at the time of booking.

If You Booked Online or Through the Momence App
Early Cancellations
More than 48 hours’ notice:
- Your payment will be refunded to your Momence account, or
- Transferred to another booking with no admin fee.
Late Cancellations
Less than 48 hours’ notice:
- Payments are non-refundable.
If You Have Booked Directly with a Therapist Hiring Our Space
If you have booked directly with a therapist who hires a treatment room or space within We Are Wellness, all payments, cancellations, refunds, and booking policies are managed directly by the individual therapist.
We Are Wellness accepts no responsibility for bookings, payments, treatments, or disputes arranged directly with independent therapists operating within the space.
Please ensure you read and agree to the therapist’s individual terms and conditions before booking.
Training Academy
All Training Academy courses and certifications must be paid for in advance unless a payment plan has been agreed.
Cancellations & Refunds
- Early Cancellations: Refund requests must be made at least 3 months before the training start date.
- Approved refunds will be credited back to your Momence Wellness account only and not to your bank account.
- Late Cancellations: Any cancellation made within 3 months of the training start date will not be refunded, transferred, or credited.
Additional Terms
- Deposits are non-refundable
- Training Academy places are non-transferable
- Missed training days are non-refundable
- We Are Wellness reserves the right to reschedule training dates if required. In such cases, all bookings will automatically transfer to the new date.
General Refund Policy
Unless otherwise stated:
- All refunds are issued as account credit to your Momence Wellness account
- Refunds are not returned directly to your bank account
- Credits can be used across all We Are Wellness services and products
