Introduction to Creative Flow
Creative Flow is a dynamic and expressive yoga class that invites you to explore movement beyond familiar shapes. The focus is not only on the postures themselves, but on the creative transitions that link them together — encouraging curiosity, playfulness and freedom in your practice.
This creativity often extends beyond the mat, supporting greater awareness, confidence and flexibility in everyday life.
What to Expect
Classes move through flowing sequences that build both strength and flexibility, while improving coordination, stamina and circulation. As you move smoothly from one posture to the next, you’ll be encouraged to explore different pathways and possibilities within your body.
Creative Flow is similar to Vinyasa Flow, but with more freedom to step off the beaten track — experimenting with varied transitions, unusual shapes and inventive sequencing.
An Energising Way to Start the Day
The Monday morning class is a great way to begin the week with movement, intention and positivity. A regular morning practice can help you feel more motivated, focused and uplifted — especially at the start of the week.
The Friday lunchtime class offers a refreshing reset in the middle of the day, helping you re-energise and reconnect before the afternoon ahead.
