Introduction to Sound Bath
Sound Bath is a deeply relaxing and immersive experience designed to help you slow down, unwind and reconnect with a sense of inner calm. This gentle evening session invites you to rest, listen and receive — allowing the body and mind to settle naturally.
It’s an ideal practice if you’re looking for deep relaxation without effort, movement or expectation.
What to Expect
Each session begins with grounding and gentle heart-coherence breathing, helping you drop out of the head and arrive fully in the body. You’ll then rest in a supported Savasana, where you’ll be guided on a journey of sound using Himalayan and Crystal Singing Bowls.
The sounds and vibrations wash over you, encouraging deep rest and awareness. Time is taken at the end of the session to gently ground and re-orient before leaving.
Deep Rest for Body and Mind
Sound Baths offer the benefits of meditation without needing to “do” anything. The slowing down of the nervous system activates the parasympathetic (rest and digest) response, supporting relaxation, repair and balance.
