Introduction to Yoga
Our Yoga Beginners class is designed to help you start your yoga journey with confidence. This friendly, supportive class is completely open to anyone — whether you’ve never tried yoga before, don’t feel flexible, or just want to move at a slower pace.
Each session moves steadily through key yoga postures, helping you develop good alignment, breath awareness, and mindfulness. You’ll have plenty of time to learn the fundamentals and build strength and confidence in your body.
