Harriett Richardson

Harriett teaches lighthearted, functional and compassionate yoga classes, which blend contemporary understandings of movement and mindfulness with the more traditional side of yoga. 

Her practical, kind, and enthusiastic approach to wellness aims to support modern bodies and minds – and encourages people to be themselves. 

For Harriett, yoga is all about curiosity and freedom to feel. 

Harriett trained in ashtanga and vinyasa flow with Jamie Blowers, Adam Hocke and Adam Husler – and has since studied accessible chair yoga, ayurvedic yoga massage, and gotten geeky with further courses in yoga anatomy and physiology.
