Our Beginners Advanced Yoga class is designed for yogis who feel ready to move beyond gentle beginners classes and build more confidence in their practice. It’s ideal if you have some experience with yoga, understand the basic postures, and want to explore a little more challenge — without jumping straight into a fully advanced class.
