Frankie Barbour Leeds

Frankie Barbour

I absolutely love having a positive impact on someone’s day, be it small, big or somewhere in-between and I hope to offer this in all my classes.

Teaching yoga has given me an outlet to make other people feel good, and that is what you get when you come to my class! You can expect fun, creative and playful flows, with some challenging poses and transitions as well as some well-deserved relaxation. I love to promote yoga as being for everyone, regardless of age, body type and gender.

I completed my first teacher training in Goa, India in 2017 at RYT-200 level and now have over 500hrs of Yoga Alliance Registered training, having taught in Leeds, India and Australia. I love to teach even more than I love to practice and cannot wait to show more and more people how beneficial a yoga practice can be both on and off the mat.
