HIIT is a high intensity no equipment interval style class. It is a full body workout featuring cardio moves and bodyweight strength exercises to burn fat, improve fitness and build lean muscle. Intense work periods are followed by short rests to keep the heart rate high and maximise calorie burn.
The HIIT exercises will change each week but the focus will be the same, a fun, intense workout that works the whole body and will get you fit! Suitable for all fitness levels as modifications can be made and exercises adapted to your level. We end with a much needed stretch to relax and prevent muscle soreness.
