Indra has practised and studied a variety of yoga traditions for almost 30 years. She is passionate about mental health, self-appreciation and self-discovery. She believes the power of the subconscious mind is the key to our stability in life.
Indra began her yoga journey at the age of 17 and travelled from the UK to the US, Brazil and India to expand her practice and teaching skills.
This Kundalini Yoga session focuses on the core of the practice without the dogma. We will look at how Kundalini as a practice brings strength and natural vitality to the body mind and spirit. How it compliments a Hatha yoga practice superbly. This is a friendly environment to experience the practice in an open, fun and loving way. Perfect for those who want to give Kundalini Yoga a try but haven’t made that step and also good for those who may be more aware and in tune with the practice.
The class is balanced and will include, Meditation, A Kriya (set of movements for a particular area of the body) chanting, and Breathing techniques that you may not have experienced before plus deep relaxation.
