Indra has been practising and studying yoga for nearly 30 years, drawing on a wide range of traditions from the UK, the US, Brazil and India. Her teaching is rooted in mental wellbeing, self-discovery and the belief that working with the subconscious mind can bring greater stability and ease into everyday life.
