Mandala Flow Yoga is a creative and fluid practice that moves around the mat in all directions, offering a sense of freedom, balance and flow. Rather than moving in a linear way, this class explores circular, multi-directional sequences that encourage curiosity, coordination and full-body awareness.

What to Expect
Sequences are thoughtfully designed to spiral and circle around the mat, creating a moving “mandala” of postures. This approach challenges balance and coordination while building strength, mobility and spatial awareness.
The class blends strong, flowing movement with moments of pause, allowing time to explore transitions, refine alignment and connect breath with movement.
