I love to invite people to explore their bodies through creativity. I have an Art Teacher background, which comes through in my teaching. I love to explore mindful movement throughout the practice. Mindful movement can be really beneficial to a person’s sense of feeling present, the challenge is learning how to adapt the practices to how you are feeling today. I would like to cultivate a community whereby the student uses intuitive movement to define their day.
I completed my teacher training in my home town Oxford, half via zoom in lockdown- this has taught me to guide and practice with presence and gratitude.
