I initially found yoga through climbing. With my background in climbing coaching I have come to know the benefits of yoga for body and mind in my sport and my life. In particular the benefits for my mental health, which is why I am passionate about sharing yoga with others. My yoga and meditation journey has been absolutely transformational, but that’s a long story. My practice has taught me so much. I have learnt about myself, to accept where I am but also how to move to a healthier way to move and be.
I am inspired by the ebb and flow of nature and the freedom I gain from movement. Through my background in science and my connection with the natural world, this has led me to pursue the healing benefits of herbs. I am currently enjoying studying herbal medicine and exploring this in connection with yoga. I love the holistic approach to wellness and the important role yoga plays in that.
